Chishala is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with a decade of expertise in finance, accounting, audit, and taxation. She is a Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) and an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). 

Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Xtenda Finance, Chishala has been with the organization since 2020. Her career began in 2015 as an Auditor for Abacus360 Corporate Limited, where she honed her skills in audit and financial analysis. In 2017, she transitioned to Finance Building Society, which was later acquired by Micro Finance Zambia (MFZ) in 2018. During her time at MFZ, she advanced to the role of Management Accountant and served until 2020. Chishala has played a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and operational efficiency.

Throughout her career, she has achieved significant milestones, including:

She is a Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) and an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). She holds a bachelor's degree in accountancy from Copperbelt University.
