Elizabeth has over 10 years of experience in the financial sector, with a proven track record of delivering operational excellence and credit oversight and project management for Xtenda Finance Zambia. Elizabeth started her career under the Graduate Trainee Program at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Zambia Limited, specializing in Tax Advisory and Compliance services. She later joined BancABC Zambia in 2013 as Card Operations Supervisor and rose to the position of Manager – Central Operations in 2015; heading a team of 12 people and supervising central banking operations related to Electronic Funds Transfers, Card Operations, Treasury Operations and the Reconciliations Unit.

In March 2019, Elizabeth transitioned to Xtenda Finance, where she currently supervises daily business operations, serves as a key resource for organizational projects, and plays a pivotal role in coordinating arrears and collections strategies.

Elizabeth is a Certified Credit Professional (CCP), holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from Lund University, Sweden, a BSc (with Merit) in Banking and Finance from the Copperbelt University. She is currently pursuing the Certified Digital Finance Practitioner (CDFP) Certification with the Digital Frontiers Institute, South Africa and is a member of the Zambia Institute of Banking and Financial Services, Project Management Institute and the Institute of Directors Zambia. Elizabeth is passionate about community development and additionally serves as Director – Strategy and Governance at When Females Lead and Board Member – Action Aid Zambia (AAZ).
